Shipping & Returns

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: 

Free ground shipping on all US orders of $70. All other US orders will have a shipping charge of $5.95. Upgraded shipping is available for purchase. All orders are shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following business day. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We currently only offer to ship to Canada for a flat rate fee of $25 (1 - 3 weeks). All customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding the duty fee for your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, which includes returns, unclaimed or refused packages and/or failure to pay duty fees upon delivery.

We are unable to offer exchange or return on international orders at this point. 

Please note: For security reasons we do not ship to freight forwarding addresses. 

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase!

If you don't, we'll be happy to accept returns on all qualifying US orders.

Please try on your swimwear over underwear before deciding to keep it to avoid any possibility of wanting to return items without meeting standards for return. Please do NOT remove the hygienic strip on swimsuit bottom or item will not be eligible for return.  

To start processing a return, please email us at hello@bon-ete.com for a RMA number. Then you can send your return back to us via your own shipping method. We recommend using shipping method with tracking numbers. 

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging including the drawstring bag.

"Final sale" items or gift cards are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Accessories are not eligible for return.

REFUND INFO

  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Returns take up to 2-3 days for processing. Your refund will be issued in the form of original payment. Please allow up to five business days and note credit card processing times may vary.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Our exchanges are not automated at this moment. However, if you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please email us at hello@bon-ete.com with your exchange request so one of our customer service representatives can assist you with the process.

DAMAGES & ISSUES:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at hello@bon-ete.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
